I am looking to celebrate my anniversary in Dallas, TX. Any good ideas for hotels?

We are looking to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary in Dallas, TX. We don't know much about the city. Looking for a nice hotel to relax and get away from the kiddos. We are looking for a hotel with a nice steak house close by. We have checked out hotels.com, but would really like to hear from the locals about the hotels. Any suggestions would help!

Check out TripAdvisor and Yelp for the latest reviews on hotels and restaurants. I would suggest staying in the West End. There is at least one steakhouse there, but I haven't been there so I don't know what the food is like or how expensive the meal would be. I hope you enjoy your anniversary in the Big D.
If I were you I would stay in Grapevine, TX. It is a nice small city in between Dallas and Fort Worth. There is a beautiful ,reasonable, that doesn't really allow children Bed and Breakfast in Grapevine. They have several restraunts, wine tasting and a wonderful atmosphere.
