HI thanks for looking at my question I need ANY information at all that you have about nice well priced Dallas Hotels (preferable near the galleria or in downtown Dallas) We are Flying to Dallas and staying 3 nights. Trying to decide between 2 Dallas hotels: Hotel Lawrence or the Adolphus Hotel? Traveling to Dallas in May- Actually I am looking for a place to stay that is haunted. Hotels near Sheraton Dallas Hotel for A-Kon 21? Me and a couple of friends want to go to A-Kon (anime convention) this year. We're each paying for our own seperate rooms. The Sheraton Hotel rate is $154 per night not including tax. I found a hotel The Westin City Center hotel. It is $136.85 per night. Including tax. [Side question: Is that hotel good?] Oh, and we're going to stay for two nights each. Again, we're getting our own seperate rooms. Are there any good (just a tiny bit) cheaper hotels near the Sheraton Dallas Hotel? I am going to have to walk from hotel to hotel. Looking for cheap hotels between Texarkana and Dallas? We are travelling to San Antonio from Tennessee and plan to stop the first night along the interstate between these two towns. Every stretch of interstate seems to have one town or exit that lodging is very cheap. Sometimes as low as $25-30 per night. We are looking for that spot. We have never traveled to this area before and could use some good recomendations. Unfortunately we are just passing through and do not have time for any recreation activities, so lodging advice is all we need.

Hurricane Discount Hotels Dallas Area? It looks like my family and I may have to evacuate for yet another hurricane (we just got back from dallas last week due to Gustav). I was hoping that someone may know of hotels in the Dallas area that may be offering some sort of discount or special rate for evacuees. Seeing as how we don't know if we will be getting any gov't assistance, price is a BIG factor.
